Billing & Cancellation Terms
Lorann LLC provides data-driven marketing solutions, audience data, data licensing, and related services through customized client engagements. We do not operate as a retail or self-service eCommerce business. As a result, billing, payment, cancellation, and termination terms may vary based on the scope and nature of each engagement.
Engagement and Billing Terms
All engagements with Lorann LLC are governed by the applicable executed agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), order form, or other written arrangement between Lorann LLC and the client. Pricing, payment schedules, invoicing requirements, deliverables, and any applicable fees are defined within the relevant agreement for each engagement.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding the billing terms outlined in their applicable agreement before services, data, or deliverables are provided.
Payment Terms
Payment obligations, due dates, accepted payment methods, and any other applicable financial terms are established on an engagement-by-engagement basis. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable agreement, invoices must be paid according to the terms specified in the executed contract or SOW.
Refunds, credits, or adjustments, where applicable, are governed by the terms of the executed agreement.
Any questions regarding an invoice, payment status, or billing obligation should be directed to Lorann LLC before payment becomes overdue.
Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation, suspension, or termination of services is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the applicable executed agreement or Statement of Work. The rights and obligations of both Lorann LLC and the client, including any notice requirements, fees, outstanding payment obligations, or responsibilities following termination, will be governed by that agreement.
Because our services and data solutions are customized to individual client requirements, cancellation terms may differ depending on the scope of the engagement.
Data Licensing and Custom Deliverables
Certain engagements may involve licensed data, custom-built audiences, data enrichment, consulting, campaign support, or other tailored deliverables. The usage rights, delivery terms, duration, and other applicable conditions for these services will be specified in the relevant client agreement.
